There are two ways to submit an application to Loyola University New Orleans. You may apply by using the Common Application (recommended for students who attend high schools that use Naviance) or through the Loyola Application. Please choose only one of these options, as applying through both sites will create duplicate applications.
There is no application fee to apply to Loyola University New Orleans. Students who apply by the Priority Deadline are automatically considered for Loyola scholarships.
Common Application: If you would like to apply to Loyola via the Common Application, please proceed to www.commonapp.org. Please note that the Common Application is for First-Year and Transfer students only. Non-degree, re-admit and early scholar applicants should apply via the Loyola Application.
Loyola Application: If you would like to apply to Loyola using our application, please follow the instructions below.
Early Action Deadline. If you apply by November 15, you’ll be at the top of our list for early evaluation of your admissions application and information about financial aid packages. Test scores submitted from October and November will be considered for this deadline.
Priority Deadline. If you apply by February 15, you’ll be considered for all scholarship and financial aid packages. Test scores submitted from January and February will be considered for this deadline.
Regular Deadline. If you apply after April 15, your application will be considered as space and funds are available. Test scores submitted from March and April will be considered for this deadline.
